Lauren Thompson has more than a decade worth of experience in Medical Esthetics, encompassing a vast majority of medical grade skin care products, and medical treatments. She also has in depth knowledge in assisting physicians with Botox, Dermal Fillers and is our primary Fat Reduction/Body Sculpting (CoolSculpting, SculpSure, LipoSonix and Reaction ) and Vivace medical practitioner.
Lauren obtained her Esthetics License at Pivot Point International in Evanston, II, graduating in 2006. Following her Certification, she continued her education in medical skincare specializing in Acne, Rosacea and aging skin. Prior to finding a home at Ageless Medical, Lauren was employed at Bowe's Dermatology in Miami, and Van Dam Dermatology in the Chicagoland area.
Natasha Ferrin
Skin Care Specialist – Aesthetician
Natasha has been in the beauty industry since 2010. Graduating with her degree as an Aesthetician and working along-side skilled Dermatologist in the Fort Lauderdale and Aventura area for many years. She then later advanced to receiving her Electrologist and Laser Hair Removal license in 2016. Natasha has worked for other practices and has hands on experience with various types of laser devices and technology. She also expanded her experience in body countering technology such as SculpSure, CoolSculpting and Reaction. Natasha prides herself on being very versatile and enjoys customizing treatments to compliment her patient’s specific needs.

Francesca has excelled as an Aesthetician, collaborating with physicians and Medical Spas consecutively for 17 years. As a skin care provider she has enjoyed helping her patients reach their beauty goals by availing herself of the latest modalities in anti-aging and body contouring. She especially enjoys transforming patients’ appearance through Coolsculpting, and treating pigment, texture, and laxity with microneedling and radio frequency treatments. She is excited to extend her record of client attention, and put her knowledge and experience to work for you.
Erin Owoc

Erin Owoc, ARNP-C has been practicing cosmetic dermatology since 2002 in Florida. An accomplished medical professional, Erin continually enhances her knowledge and skills through advanced training in the latest aesthetic techniques and laser technology.
Ageless Medical is one of the few Botox® and Juvederm® Platinum Plus providers in South Florida. In addition, Erin is also a National Trainer for both Allergan Inc. (the makers of Botox® and Juvederm®) and Galderma Inc. (makers of Restylane®, Dysport® and Sculptra®) training South Florida's Doctors and other Medical Practitioners on administering these products. Erin received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her master's degree from the University of South Florida.
